Albert Park/Radisson Heights Single Family Homes For Sale

The community of Albert Park is situated at the east of Deerfoot and above the Bow River. On its western boundary you can find 36 St NE, the southern boundary 17 Ave SE, at its northern boundary is the Memorial Drive. The exclusive neighborhood of Albert Park was built in the early 20th Century and was named after one of the developers. The sales were not doing good since the transportation system to and from Calgary is not yet polished and made it difficult for them to get their sales back up. They then built phoney railroad track but it didn’t suffice and was discovered and the development stopped. Albert Park was annexed  to the City of Calgary in the 1960s and got competed in the 1970s. Homes that were built on the west side has a magnificent view of the city skyline and Bow River.
