A pre-possession inspection, commonly called a “final walkthrough”, lets buyers verify the condition of their property before the transaction is complete. At a walkthrough, buyers have the opportunity to assess the property’s current state and ensure the agreed-upon repairs and/or conditions made in the purchase agreement are met.

April 2025 Calgary Real Estate Statistics Recap  

Calgary’s housing market continued to shift toward balanced conditions in April, thanks to a surge in new listings. Inventory levels rose to 5,876 units—more than double the exceptionally low levels recorded last year, but in line with long-term averages for the month.

Sales reached 2,236 units in April, a 22% drop from April 2024, though still consistent with historical norms.
