February 2026 Calgary Real Estate Statistics Recap     

Calgary’s housing market continued to show varying conditions across property types in February. The tightest market segments remained detached and semi-detached homes, where supply levels stayed below three months. Row homes were slightly more balanced, while apartment-style properties continued to see elevated supply, creating conditions that favour buyers.
