July 2026 Calgary Real Estate Statistics Recap

Calgary’s housing market continued its seasonal slowdown in July, with 1,904 sales and 3,323 new listings recorded across the city. Sales declined 9% compared to last year, while new listings were down 15% year-over-year. Despite the slowdown in activity, the sales-to-new-listings ratio held steady at 57%, reflecting a market that remains relatively balanced overall.
