Map Search - One of our favorite ways to browse homes. Lets say you're on a nice sunny walk and you go by your dream house in the community and see a for sale sign up? You can simply pull up your app, allow your location to be detected, and it'll show you this plus any other homes in the area that are available on the market.
Advanced Search - Is a Much Deeper search than your average search. Filter by city, subdivision, address, property type, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, as well as more advanced criteria including flooring, parking features, roof type, fireplace features and much more.
Saved Searches - Are searches you've crafted, created, and saved and will allow you to see the latest homes for sale that match your search criteria. 
My Favorites - Allows you to save specific properties that you love, you can sort them into three different categories, these include 'favourites' 'possibilities' 'discarded'.
Search By Number - Provides you the option to quickly search for a home based on its designated MLS # which should start with an A.
My Agent - This options gives you the ability to quickly connect with your Calgary REALTOR® Dusko Sremac - Providing his quick contact information including name, number, email, and our website!
Tips & Facts - Provides a quick breakdown of the buying and selling processes and provides some good general real estate information.
Mortgage Calculator - This allows you to quickly crunch the numbers and see what you'll roughly be on the hook for as you browse homes with various price points. Please note, if you're a first time buyer, this calculator won't factor in other fees including property taxes, insurance, etc and simply provides a solution
