iFLY Calgary
Since 1998, iFLY Canada has given over 10 million people the experience of sky diving without the risk of real life sky diving. Fly like an eagle locally, iFLY Calgary is an indoor skydiving facility in NE Calgary where participants can experience the sensation of free falling in a vertical wind tunnel simulating the sky diving experience. The wind tunnel allows flyers to feel the gravity defying rush of flying as high speed air propels them upwards, feeling like the sensation of floating in the air. Beginner and experienced flyers are welcome at iFLY Calgary. Safety gear, preflight training, and guidance from certified instructors is provided. The experience typically includes an orientation, safety briefing, and the flight itself, where participants experience multiple "jumps" within the wind tunnel. Skilled instructors guide every step, teaching how to position your body, control movements, and achieve maximum enjoyment during the flight.
Created for people of all ages, it is a popular choice for date nights, couples nights, family time, birthday parties, corporate events, and team building activities. No prior skydiving experience is required, and the facility offers packages for first time and frequent flyers.
