Mission Condominiums

The community of Mission is located in the southwest quadrant of Calgary near the downtown core. Mission neighbors the communities of Roxboro and Cliff Bungalow.

This community was established 1900, there are over 4,000 residents in this community and is a highly popular community for its rich history in the city, in 1883 Fathers Lacombe and Leduc homesteaded two quarter sections of land that included the site of present day of the community. A small French community began building in the late 1800s when it was referred to as Rouleau Ville after two brothers founded Holy Cross hospital. However, beginning with the arrival of an Irish bishop at the local parish, the Francophone community began to be displaced.
