Real estate is what we do. Calgary is the community that makes it possible.
Giving back has always been part of Real Estate Partners. As REPYYC has grown, so has our ability to support local families, youth programs, charities, community organizations and causes that matter to the people who live here.
Current Community Initiatives
Some of our community support comes through donations. Other initiatives have grown directly out of the passions, experiences and involvement of people on our team.
Gear Up YYC
Keep kids in the game.
Created by REPYYC team member, hockey dad and youth coach Mike Young, Gear Up YYC collects quality used hockey equipment and raises funds to help Calgary families overcome the cost of getting kids onto the ice.
The initiative continues to grow. In September 2026, Mike delivered another truckload of donated equipment as Gear Up YYC works alongside organizations including KidSport Calgary & Area and the Calgary Flames Sports Bank to help get quality hockey gear back onto the ice.

Our community involvement continues to evolve, but the goal has stayed the same: use our growth to create a positive impact beyond real estate.
Gear Up YYC
REPYYC team member Mike Young launched Gear Up YYC to collect hockey equipment, raise funds and help remove financial barriers that can keep Calgary kids off the ice.

REPYYC committed $55 from every qualifying home bought or sold toward Big Brothers Big Sisters of Calgary, connecting our real estate business directly to youth mentorship.

Alberta Animal Rescue Foundation
REPYYC contributed $2,500 to the Alberta Animal Rescue Foundation to support the rescue, care, rehabilitation and rehoming of animals across Alberta.
CP Kids & Families — Light Up a Child's Life
REPYYC supported the Light Up a Child's Life campaign and contributed $2,550 through November and December home transactions. The campaign helps provide adaptive equipment, crisis funding, family programming, camps and other services for children and families.
THE YEARS
Children's Miracle Network
REPYYC has contributed more than $30,000 through long-standing support of the Children's Miracle Network and children's health initiatives.
Dusko Sremac has also been recognized multiple times among the Children's Miracle Network's Top 100 Miracle Agents in Calgary.
Supporting Calgary in Different Ways
Not every contribution becomes a major campaign. Over the years, REPYYC has also supported local charities, community organizations, sporting programs and grassroots initiatives.
Supporting efforts to address food insecurity and help Calgary families in need.
Supporting community-focused assistance and local initiatives.
REPYYC has sponsored multiple community cricket tournaments through the Canada Social Society Group.
$100,000 Back Into Our Community
We've passed the halfway mark. Our next goal is $100,000 in community giving and fundraising while continuing to find new ways to support Calgary organizations, families and youth.
Our Team Gives Something Else Too: Time
Financial support matters, but community involvement does not end when a cheque is written.
REPYYC team members coach youth sports, volunteer, mentor, support community programs and contribute their own time to causes they care about. Gear Up YYC grew directly out of Mike Young's years as a hockey dad and youth hockey coach — a great example of how personal involvement can grow into something much bigger.
