West Springs Condominiums

The community of West Springs is a new suburban community located in the southwest quadrant of Calgary. West Springs neighbors the communities of Aspen Woods and Coach Hill.

The construction in this community began in 2001 and building lots are still being released. It includes the sub-community of Wentworth. There are nearly 10,000 residents in the community and it has a large number of upscale homes on larger lots, and desirable amenities like walking paths, ponds, green space and playgrounds. The community’s dominant home style is Arts & Crafts with extensive use of stone and stucco.
