Responsibilities:
- Able to handle, track and close several new leads per month.
- Consult with Top Producing team agents to problem solve and close more deals.
- Primary duties include follow ups, e-mail communication and overall management of sales pipeline.
- Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs.
- Prepare and convey any counteroffers, acceptance or amendments to buyer’s agent.
- Demonstrate CMA results, including comparable homes, solds, current listings and expireds.
Qualifications:
- Hold, or actively working to acquire, a real estate license in Alberta
- Must be willing to prospect a massive database of active buyers and sellers
- Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be familiar with technology and basic computer skills
- Possession of Sales and Marketing skills in order to sell effectively
- Passion for real estate, design, home construction, and architecture
- Ability to work well with others including, team members, administrative staff and Inside Sales Specialists
- Enjoy the fast paced and exciting world of Real Estate
