Patterson

Established in 1983, Patterson Heights is a residential community in the south-west of Calgary. It is bordered by Sarcee Trail to the east and north, Bow Trail to the south, 69 Street to the west and Old Banff Coach Road to the south. Edworthy Park, located in the Bow River valley also borders the community to the north and east of Sarcee Trail. The community was formerly known as Broadcast Hill before it was named after the Patterson family, who originally owns the most portion of the land.
