Downtown West End is home to Shaw Millennium Park. Established in 2000, this is the largest skate park in North America with 75,000 square feet of skateable surfaces. It was originally designed as a family activity park and special venue. Park features include a waterfall, clock tower, laser lights, basketball courts, a beach volleyball court, an amphitheatre, and boulder climbing rocks expected for 2023.
